At Paramount Business Jets, we believe that every business has a responsibility to bring value to the community. As a company built on a strong ethical foundation, we take this responsibility seriously, going above and beyond to give back to those around us.

We’re supported by an incredible global community of talented, hard-working professionals who share our passion for aviation excellence. Many of our endeavours focus on paying forward this support, using our resources to empower the next generation of aviation experts.

In the wider community, we work with extraordinary causes led by inspirational people. We’re proud to support them as they make a difference to countless lives, and we actively encourage our partners in the aviation industry to join us.

Paramount Business Jets Scholarship Fund

Giving to ERAU

With the cost of higher education skyrocketing, many students work multiple jobs and rely on high-interest loans to make it through college. They graduate into a highly competitive job market, often balancing low-paid entry level jobs with huge student loan debts.

This is especially true of the aviation industry. Launched in partnership with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), the Paramount Business Jets Scholarship Fund aims to address this by alleviating some of the financial burdens faced by aviation students at ERAU’s Dayton Beach campus.

We believe that these talented, passionate individuals are the future of the aviation industry and it’s our responsibility to help them reach their full potential. Through the fund, we seek to remove financial obstacles and enable them to excel in their education and beyond.

Dreams Soar

Dreams Soar

In May 2017, 28-year-old Capt. Shaesta Waiz will take off from Daytona Beach in her single-engine Beechcraft A36 Bonanza, aiming to become the youngest woman ever to fly around the world solo.

Born in a refugee camp, Waiz emigrated to the US with her family as a child. Initially faced with limited educational opportunities, Waiz was determined to overcome her early challenges. Inspired by a commercial flight she took after her high school graduation, she enrolled at Embry-Riddle and became the first person in her family to earn a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.

Capt. Waiz founded Dreams Soar to encourage women worldwide to pursue STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. She explains:

”My experiences demonstrate the need for women to explore opportunities within the aviation industry. The outreach events at each stop are truly the heart of this program, allowing me to reach out to the younger generation and show them they can do anything they set their minds to.”

How You Can Help

As a proud sponsor of her round-the-world record attempt, Paramount is behind Capt. Waiz and Dreams Soar all the way. To find out more about the project or make a donation, visit the Dreams Soar website.

Recycle Life

Recycle Life

Recycle Life was founded in 2009 by Dave Morgan and Juan Arevalo, two brothers born with a hereditary heart condition. After each receiving life-saving heart and liver transplants, Dave and Juan created Recycle Life to support other organ recipients and their families, and to raise awareness about the importance of organ donation.

Recycle Life provides practical support, such as creating care baskets of personal items and helping families to find accommodation. Dave and Juan, reflecting on their own experiences, also recognized that even simple gestures like emotional support and encouragement could make a world of difference to a patient.

Dave says: "An organ transplant is life-saving, but also life-altering. We want to reassure other organ recipients about the process and let them know they are not alone during their recovery.”

Paramount proudly sponsored Recycle Life’s inaugural Walk for Life 5k race. To learn more about this worthy cause, get involved in future fund raising events or make a donation, visit the Recycle Life website.
